About the event

Whether it be at a party or at an office, being socially awkward may hold us back from not just fun conversations but also new opportunities. You might choose to just skip these awkward conversations but being the person who starts the conversation might just give you some extra brownie points! Our presentation aims to investigate why new social circles are so awkward and provide some tips on how to prepare topics/conversation starters and how to actively listen and pick up on others’ interests.
